 Horninglow Green

The council have recently purchased a small piece of land.  Its on the corner of Horninglow Road and Dover Road.  The council decided to purchase this land to prevent any builder purchasing the land for housing.

Since purchasing the land, the council have installed a bench and path which local residents use as a resting area after walking up Horninglow Road.

Carver Road - Community Park

We have continued to work with ESBC and have been instrumental in the introduction of MUGA on Carver Road Community Recreational Park. Further funding has been secured via the Playbuilder grant process so more activities are to be introduced in this area

Benches

We are introducing benches around the parish for local residents to sit on.  The most recent is a bench near to Queens Hospital.

Community parks

We are constantly introducing new equipment onto the parks in the parish.  The most recent is the introduction of a zip line on St Lukes Park.
